Abstract
As one of the oldest risks for commercial banks,operational risk has been increasingly drawn attention from regulators and senior managers.Operational risk has become a new risk category differing from credit risk and market risk in Basel Ⅱ,moreover,many criteria have been introduced to manage operational risks.Based on a thorough understanding of these criteria,commercial banks should adopt an appropriate operational risk management frame,which is suitable with their business features.
