On the Establishment of the Information Litigation System in the Third Party System

Abstract
The system of inform litigation is widely appllied in civil law countries and it avails to realize judicial justice and efficiency.At present,our pattern of civil litigation is generally transferring form authority system to adversary system and the system of inform ation litigation is of great significance to our civil litigation.The sys- tem of information litigation can protect the legal fight of both parties and the third party without independent claims and promote the progress of the proceeding,thereby it can solve the problems that caused by the defects of the system of the third party without independent claims.We discuss how to establish the system of inform liti- gation in our county from the conditions and the procedure of the inform ation litigation,the right of the informed person and other aspects.
