The Study of Remaining Oil Potential Influencing Factors after Polymer Flooding

Abstract

Through the development of oil fields after polymer flooding,there are still lots of remaining oil in the oil reservoir.It’s very important significance to research geological and development factors on the distribution of remaining oil potential and influence and further enhanced oil recovery technology.Through indoor physical model experiments,the coefficient of permeability variation,a multiple of polymer solution into the pore volume,polymer molecular weight and polymer concentration on the remaining oil after polymer flooding potential and distribution.The experimental results show that with the coefficient of permeability variation increases,the total recovery ratio program become smaller,but the phase is almost;with the increase of polymer molecular weight,solution concentration,slug size into the polymer solution,the effect of polymer flooding changed for the better,the oil recovery of polymer flooding stage and the total recovery of the program have increased.Technology and methods set out in the mine has guiding significance to carry out polymer flooding.
