Abstract
Different explants of alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.'SANDITI') seedling were cultured on the media of different phytohormone combinations. The results indicated that MS+2,4-D 20 mg/L +6-BA 05 mg/L medium was the best to induce callus with the highest induction frequency from hypocotyl. Reducing the concentrations of auxin and raising the concentrations of kinin was benefit for the reducing of browing rate. The higher regeneration rate was got from MS medium with 05 mg/L 6-BA, 01 mg/L NAA and 10 mg/L GA3.
