Abstract

Objective To Investigate antimicrobial effect of Clotrimazole Cream and to establish a microbiological test method for Clotrimazole Cream. Method Three testing methods showed different percentage recoveries.The antimicrobial effect of Clotrimazole Cream was determined by recovery rate with 5 control trains and according to the recovery rate,microbial limit test was established for Clotrimazole Cream. Result The recovery rates of Clotrimazole Cream showed high antimicrobial effects.Conclusion The method can be used for microbial Limit test for Clotrimazole Cream.
