Abstract
The decrease of left ventricular diastolic function precedes left ventricular systolic function in coronary heart disease.The changes of left ventricular diastolic function can be sensitively reflected in myocardial ischemia.The early changes of left ventricular diastolic function in coronary heart disease could be detected by echocardiography.This article reviews advances in research into the clinical value in evaluating left ventricular diastolic function of coronary heart disease using echocardiography.
