Determination and Analysis of Main Nutrition Components in Lactarius hygrophroides Fruit bodies

Abstract

The content of nutrient components in Lactarius hygrophroides fruit body was determined.The experiment results showed that the content of 8 kinds of essential amino acids in 18 kinds of amino acids was 40.23% and that the content of mineral elements such as K,Na,Ca,Mg,Cu,Fe,Zn and Mn in L.hygrophroides fruit bodies was 2345.62,164.48,17.79,90.96,18.41,17.14,10.21and 3.08 mg/100g respectively;It also showed that the content of polysaccharide,crude protein,crude fat,ash and crude fiber in the fruit body was 7.23%,30.19%,3.26%,5.33% and 7.46% respectively.
