Abstract

2 bacterial strains excreting AHL quorum sensing signal molecular, M10 and M22, were isolated from 3,5-dinitrobenzoic acid wastewater treatment system. M10 produced 4 kinds of AHL signal molecular and M22 produced 3. Using E.coli DH5α as contrast, all of the 2 strains M10 and M22 displayed a definite biofilm-forming capacity and swarming motility capacity, and the M22 biofilm-forming capacity was highest, while M10 swarming motility capacity highest. The 2 stains belonged to Aeromanas sp. by analyzing morphological characters, biophysical and biochemical reactions, and 16S rDNA sequence.
