Abstract
The modern scientific and technological revolution makes the position and function of the intellctuals strengthened unprecedentedly,and it is also the requirement of the modern times.To keep and develop her advancement,the party must attach great importance to the intellectual work and bring the function of the intellectuals into full play in the construction of Chinese modernization.
