Abstract

ERP system,as a modern management idea, will be a main method in enterprise business management during the construction of enterprise information. Facing with the risks in ERP application,enterprises should be fully aware that ERP applecation is a systematic engineering and it should be controlled and managed according to the project management methods. In order to be successful in enterprise ERP project and avoid risks,it is quite necessary to discuss the process and method in ERP project management from the point of the enterprise users.
