Abstract

To study the non-linear dynamics of a rub-impact rotor system,we established the rub-impact fault experiment system. By changing the speed and the eccentric quantity,we observed the changes of the system rub. By analyzing time domain, frequency spectrum and axis trajectory, etc.,the system response after the rub was studied. Experimental results show that after the system rub,the sub-frequency division and high frequency appear, which can provide a basis for diagnosing rub-impact fault of the rotor system.
