Abstract

Combined with foreign engineering practice,the protection of mass cutting by blasting excavation was studied in the complex environment.The problems of organization and management in rapid construction were discussed from several aspects,such as the construction organization,construction arrangement,key line control,construction planning,resource allocation,efficiency analysis and the key technology.It could be a reference for similar projects.
