Abstract

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension, further guide the clinical medication. Method 60 patients with pregnancy induced hypertension were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group were given magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine oral therapy, and the patients in the control group only received magnesium sulfate. The clinical efficacy of two groups, the systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and the incidence rate of adverse effect before and after treatment in two groups were analyzed. Results The clinical efficacy in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05),There were no significant difference in two group about the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure, the difference was not statistically significant. After treatment, the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure were significantly lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). There was adverse reaction such as nausea and vomiting, skin itching in two groups. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension is significant, this treatment plan can significantly improve the clinical effect, and descrease the incidence rate of adverse reaction,it is worthy of clinical reference.
