Strengthening Culture Construction of Campus for Harmonious Development of Universities

Taking Beijing Forestry University as an example,this paper discusses the essential meaning of harmonious culture of the campus from the following aspects,the essence of university culture,the essence of building the harmonious culture,and the key functions of the university culture in the construction of harmonious campus.The paper points out that the roles of the spirit culture,environment culture,system culture and media culture are important in promoting the harmonious development of universities.
