Discussion on the pathogensis of TCM of radiation injury

The pathogensis of radiation injury is divided into four types based on the major clinical symptoms of patients.Type of domination of pathogenic poison is mainly shown in symptoms of fever,severe thirst and burning skin,and it is treated by clearing heat and resolving toxin;type of blood stasis obstructing is mainly shown in symptoms of skin red and bleeding,and it is treated by cooling the blood and hemostasis;type of stagnation of Qi due to depression of the liver of disease is mainly shown in the symptom of mood disorders,and it is treated by dispersing the stagnated liver-Qi to relieve the stagnation of Qi;type of deficiency of both Qi and Yin is mainly shown in symptoms of inadequacy of Qi and blood and physical weakness,and it is treated by tonifying Qi and nourishing Yin.
