Abstract
China is a nation with tradition of ruling of morality. Morality of government officials is the soul of traditional Chinese moral culture, the spirit tool on which the rulers of every dynasty rulers relies, which relates with national security and people's happiness. Three items of experience and lesson could be concluded, firstly, pay attention to moral education and training of government officials; secondly, attach emphasis on institution establishment and legal punishment; thirdly, lack in integation of forms and contexts, righteousness and benefits, theory and practice.
