Discussing Literal Translation and Free Translation

Abstract

Literal translation and free translation is a long-standing topic in translation history.Some translators are between them.In fact,it is inevitable to be different between literal translation and free translation.The present article attempts to make a further analysis on the views of affirming,denying and neutralizing group,and comes to a conclusion that they are opposite,related,complementary,melting and permeating.
