Abstract

The arsenic is recognized deleterious element for human. The determination of trace arsenic in foodstuff by Hydride Generation-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry was studied. The effects of operation conditions such as KBH4 HCl concentration and concomitant ion were researched, and the instrument parameters were optimized. The rate of recovery varies between 94.0%~104.0% and the detection limit is 0.18ng/mL.
