Abstract
The paper describes the conception and the origin of the intelligent building,summarizes the current situation of the intelligent building in our country,introduces the composition and the development of the intelligent building system,the problems needing attention and the prospect of the intelligent building,which proves the safe,convenient,energy saving and efficiency environmental space through the optimum combination of the structure,the system,the service and the management of the buildings.
