Abstract
The paper introduces the dietary fiber in grain distribution,physiological characteristics, the effect on diabetes. As well as,it presents the characteristics of wheat bran fiber and rice bran fiber. Adequate intake of dietary fiber Chinese residents(Al) value is 25~35 g/d. The function of dietary fiber has been realized,which is widely used in all kinds of food.
