Interface design and application of the large-capacity flash memory

Abstract

Taking 28F640J3 as example,the article introduces the characteristics of large-capacity flash memory and its applications in small data storage systems.The typical circuits of flash memory and high-speed microcontroller(80C320)are given.The solution is proposed for the unmatched electrical connections between elements.A way is put forward to expand the address bus when system source is limited.The feasibility is proved in practice.
