Abstract
In order to control the audio frequency vibration and extend the absorbency range of dynamic vibration absorber, based on the study of wide band straight beam vibration absorber, the twist-beam dynamic vibration absorber is studied in this paper. It is proved that it has denser mode than traditional DVA, so it has wide absorbency range. The numeric analysis indicates that it can control vibration from 10Hz to 1000Hz and reduce the vibration obviously. The DVA presented in this paper can be used to control the noise and vibration simultaneously, which provides a new approach to control sound radiation born by structural vibration.
