Abstract
It is Deng Xiaoping's in South Chinathat points out the orientation in China's reform and opening to the outside world and in building socialism with China's character.Deng Xiaoping theory has become the guiding thought in building socialism with China's character.This paper,based on The Talk in South China, probes once more into the essense of socialism.
