Abstract

In this paper,the effects of seedling claw structure,seedling tray,seedling age,inter plant distance and sowing rates on transplanting quality as seedling floating rate,sowing leakage rate and seedling injury rate(referring to as the 'three rate') were studied.The results showed that seedling claw structure had the significant effect on 'three rate',and the seedling age had the most significant effect on seedling floating rate;inter plant distance had the effect on seedling floating rate and sowing leakage;sowing quantity had effect on seedling floating rate;the steel plate seedling claw structure had effect on seedling injury rate.The transplanting quality of rice transplanter with steel plate seedling claw structure was superior to rice transplanter with steel needle seedling claw structure.The sequence of significant effects on transplanting quality 'three rate' were in following range: seedling claw structure seedling ageinter plant distance seedling tray sowing rates.
