Abstract
Objective To establish a method for determining ephedrine and pseudoephsdrine in Feining mixture by HPLC.Methods The Column was Hedera ODS-2 column(200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was 0.1% phosphate and acetonitrile(95∶5).Detection wavelength was 207 nm and flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results The ephedrine and pseudoephsdrine had good linear relationship in the range of 0.008 064-0.096 77 μg(r=0.999 1) and 0.004 112-0.049 34 μg(r=0.999 5).The average recovery was 97.51% and 96.30% and RSD was 1.87%(n=6) and 2.91%(n=6) respectively.Conclusion The result was accurate,and reproducibility was good.The method can be used for the quality control of Feining mixture.
