Abstract
Thanks to the internal and external drives, the development of low-carbon economy in the world and the industrial structure transformation and upgrading in China determined by the development level of productive forces,Zhejiang Province has to develop export industries and commodities in low-carbon ways.In this way,the traditional export commodity structure must be adjusted, upgraded or optimized,in other words, exporting low-carbon,high-tech,high value-added commodities and increasing the export proportion of the tertiary industry. In responding to the new trade barrier that might be set up by import countries in terms of carbon footprint, carbon labeling and carbon tariffs,Zhejiang should make use of the opportunity of industrial structural transformation and upgrading in the province;actively introduce and apply widely energy-saving,clean and low-carbon technologies;enhance the technological content and added value of export commodities;increase the export proportion of environmental protection and green service products on the basis of maintaining the export of traditional featured products in an effort to optimize the export commodity structure continuously.
