Abstract
Objective To discuss the relation between the expression of EGFR and PCNA and aggressive duct carcinoma and its significance. Methods 42 cases of duct carcinoma, 10 cases breast benign proliferation and 10 case of normal breast tissue were detected with SABC method and the expression of EGFR and PCNA was analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of EGFR and PCNA were 45.2%, 71.4% in duct carcinoma that was higher than those in benign proliferation and normal tissue (P0.05). The expression of EGFR and PCNA was related with histology classification, lymph metastasis (P0.05) and related with breast carcinoma. Conclusion The combination detection of EGFR and PCNA might be useful to assess the tumor benign or malignant and the degree of malignant. It might be predict the prognosis and indicate the treatment in clinic.
