Abstract
Based on a lot of coal quality data coming from exploration work in Liupanshui coalfield,the paper analyzed the workable seams'coal quality characteristics and its variable rules,studied the relationship between sedimentary environment and the content of ash and sulfur in coal and pointed out the coal's utilization mode.
