Abstract
To investigate the relationship between high molecular weight glutenin subunits ( HWM - GS) and content of glutenin macropolymer( GMP) , 168 wheat varieties were evaluated using SDS - PAGE . The effects of sub-units composition of HWM on the content of GMP were different . The subunits 5+10,1 were more effective than 2 + 12 and Null respectively . But the effect of subunits 2*, Null, 7 + 8,和7 + 9 were similar . The Glu - Al and Glu - Dl locus had positive significant correlation with the content of GMP .
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
