Mechanical,thermophysical properties and chemical stabilities of O' Sialon matrix ceramics as O' Sialon,O' β' Sialon,O' Sialon ZrO 2,O' Sialon TiN which have been intensively studied are reviewed systematically, and then their predicted concrete application are introduced.
