Abstract

Vibrio parahaemolyticus,Vibrio alginolyticus,Vibrio vulnificus in aquatic products are foodborne pathogens. Sensitive,rapid detection methods for seafood safety and the protection of human health is extremely important. This paper summarizes that research progress of molecular biology detection of Vibrio parahaemolyticus,Vibrio alginolyticus,Vibrio vulnificus in aquatic products.
