Abstract

Currently,lot of domestic aluminum single stand cold rolling mills have the fol—lowing problems during production:such as,cold rolling systems are established by differentoperators according to their own knowledge and the rolling parameters are set by simplelinear models,SO it can not ensure the calculation accuracy.Therefore the gage and flatnessof the strip head can not be accurate either.In response to these problems,L2 self—learningcalculation system has been developed and used on the cold rolling mill for producing alu—minum strip.The result shows that the rolling process systems ca be standardized and therolling parameters can be pre-set accurately.In this way the high quality strip with accurategage and flatness aluminum strip can be produce efficiently and the enterprise can get highbenefit.
