Adherents' Poetic Images and the Old Country in the Early Qing Dynasty

The poets of the early Qing Dynasty often needed to mention the Ming Dynasty to express the thought of old country and the pain of national subjugation. But under the national repressive policies of that time,the poets could not express their mind directly in the poem,so appeared some special poetic images such as Zhu,fallen petals,Nanjing,the sun,the moon,Han,Song,prosperous songs and dances to express their feelings of the rise and fall of home countries.
