Abstract

N-Acryloymorpholine is synthesized from methyl acrylate and morpholine by transesterification. The result show that the percent conversion of methyl acrylate is more than 99.9%,the purity of N-acryloymorpholine is more than 99.8% while the molar ratio of morpholine to methyl acrylate is 3.5∶ 1,the amount of sodium methoxide is 0.3%,the reaction time is 3.5 h,the temperature is 85 ℃.
