Discussions on agricultural two-part tariff pricing method-Different view on "Researches on agricultural tariff pricing in terms of sustainable development"

This paper analyzes the agricultural tariff pricing principle,the meaning of agricultural two-part tariff water price,the model and specific formulation of agricultural two-part tariff pricing,etc.presented in the article Researches on agricultural tariff pricing in terms of sustainable development published in Journal of Irrigation and Drainage,Vol.2,2005.It pointed out that the specific measuring water price and pricing formula have physical inkling;unilateral problems exist in different water-use conditions and the model of tariff pricing has the disadvantage of poorly actual operation and dose not ensure the consistent running for water-supply organizations.It is also presented that as for agricultural water,it should consider equity principle,the meaning of two-part tariff water price,two pricing models of two-part tariff pricing for agricultural water,etc.
