Enterprise informatization mode based on tripartite benefit

According to Chinese enterprise informatization development process,Chinese enterprise informatization application status is analyzed,and normal mode of enterprise informatization is summarized in this paper.An enterprise informatization mode for the realization of tripartite benefit of enterprise,management consulting company and application service provider is put forward from multi-dimensionality of total cost,project cycle,difficulty of project maintenance and promotion,operation risk,customization degree,information confidentiality level,quality standard,and operation scale.Countermeasures and suggestions are also put forward to promote our enterprise informatization from the two perspectives of government and enterprise.
