Abstract
The preparation and surface modification of nanometer calcium carbonate were reviewed,and the development of nanometer calcium carbonate was depicted.Nanometer calcium carbonate could be made by carbonization method and replacement reaction.Carbonization method could be further divided into batch bubbling carbonization,continuous spray carbonization and high-gravity carbonization.The surface modification of nanometer calcium could be conducted by using organic substance,high energy and inorganic substance.
