Subject Librarian Training Mode of University Library Oriented to Knowledge Services

Abstract

Subject librarians of university library play a very important role in knowledge services.The development of knowledge services in university library proposes higher requirements on subject librarians' quality and knowledge structure.This paper analyses the connotation of library knowledge service,and discusses subject librarian training mode in order to improve subject librarians' knowledge services capabilities.
