Abstract
CaCu3Ti4O12 (CCTO)ceramics were prepared by sintering short time. The effects of the process on crystal structure and dielectric properties of CCTO ceramics were investigated together with frequency and temperature dependence of dielectric properties in the range of 20 Hz~1 MHz and 25~150 ℃. The results show that these ceramics are very sensitive to the sintering process. CCTO ceramics with high dielectric constant are obtained easier by powder calcined at lower temperature.
