Abstract
Objective To study the clinical value of combined detection of the serum levels of tumor supplies group of factors (TSGF) and CYFRA21-1 in the diagnosis of breast cancer and the observation of the curative effect. Methods Serum levels of TSGF and CYFRA21-1 in 45 patients with breast cancer and 48 normal controls were measured by chemical colorimetry and Elctrochemiluminescence immuno-assay (ECLIA). Results The levels of CYFRA21-1 and TSGF in breast cancer group were significantly higher than those in normal control groups(P0.05). Sensitivities of TSGF and CYFRA21-1 were 46.7% and 24.4%, respectively. Sensitivity of combined detection of two kinds tumor markers was 60.0%. The levels of CYFRA21-1 and TSGF in advanced stage mannary cancer was higher than that in premature mammary cancer, and the levels of CYFRA21-1 and TSGF in patients with breast cancer were significantly different after treatment(P0.05). Conclusions The serum levels of TSGF and CYFRA21-1 are helpful in diagnosis of breast cancer. Combined detection of two kinds of serum tumor makers not only increases the detective positive rate but also is valuable to observe the curative rate and postoperative monitor of the breast cancer.
