Aplication and nursing of deep venous catheterization in maintenance hemodialysis patients

Objective To explore complications of deep venous catheterization in maintenance hemodialysis patients,and summary nursing care.Methods 105 cases of deep venous catheter hemodialysis patients,observed a common complication during catheter use.Results In 105 cases of patients,complications included bleeding and hematoma(6 cases),catheter blockage(6 cases),catheter-related infection(15 cases),eczema-like lesions localized puncture point(5 cases),and its incidence rate distinguishes to 5.71%,5.71%,14.29%,4.76%.The most common complications are catheter-related infection.Conclusion Understand the complication during using catheter,which can be advantageous to exaltation treatment effect,and improve live quality of patients.
