Abstract
These experiments studied the regeneration of different Explants of seedling in C granis.Adventitious shoot, from hypocotyls and cotyledon, can be induced on MT medium with different concentration 6 BA and NAA.Optimum concentration of hormone for adventitious shoot formation is BA 3 mg/L in hypocotyls,BA 4 mg/L and NAA 0 5 mg/L in cotyledon.0 5 mg/L complement of KT in medium can enhance rate of adventitious shoot formation.Concentration of hormone in subculture is BA 2 0 mg/L+IAA 0 5 mg/L for hypocotyls, and BA 3 0 mg/L+IAA 0 25 mg/L for cotyledon.Ingredient of medium for rooting is 1/2 MS+IBA(0 5~1 0)mg/L or ABT 2 0 mg/L.As a selectable agent, concentration of Kanamycin is 70 mg/L for hypocotyls,50 mg/L for cotyledon.
