Abstract

Molecular imprinting technology( MIT) is a highly selective separation and molecular recognition technology developed rapidly recently, polymer with specific molecular recognition function by the preparation of MIT called molecular imprinting polymers( MIP). The basic principle, method and its application and research in the separation of natural products, food safety detection, biomimetic sensor, solid phase extraction, antibody and receptor mimics are reviewed.
