Clinical Efficacy of Mesalazine Adjuvant Treatment for Ulcerative Colitis

Abstract
Objective Mesalazine adjuvant treatment effect of ulcerative colitis is to be studied. Methods Chose 48 patients of ulcerative colitis who are treated in hospital from April 2014 to April 2015 and separate them into groups according to different treatment methods,24 patients in control group are given conventional treatment and another 24 patients in study group are given mesalazine adjuvant treatment,and then observe patients' treatment effects between two groups. Results Patients' histological points in study group is lower(P 0.05),treatment efficacy is higher(P 0.05)and side effects are fewer(P 0.05),there is a differential between two groups. Conclusion Mesalazine adjuvant treatment is quite effective in treatment of ulcerative colitis thus,such a reliable and safe medication treatment.
