Abstract

After China's admission to WTO,foreign banks with advanced technologies and management,have entered China's financial market.This competition will bring Chinese banks great pressure and many obstacles.This paper analyses the main competitive fields between foreign banks and Chinese banks,and tries to determine the reasons why the latter lack of comparative advantages in those fields,and then, puts forward some constructive suggestions for the development of Chinese banks.
