Effect of Shenmai Injection on Hemorheology in Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To probe into the effect of Shenmai injection on hemorheology in coronary heart disease.Methods We selected 72 cases of coronary heart disease in our hospital divided them randomly into study group and control group,with 36 cases in each.Both groups were given the same basic therapy and Shenmai injection was added to the study group.The clinical efficacy and hemorheology were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the efficiency and total efficiency were significantly increased and the inefficiency was significantly decreased in the study group,with no significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).The blood rheology indexes were significantly improved including whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,blood viscosity,high shear,low shear blood viscosity,hematocrit,fibrinogen and platelet aggregation rate in the study group after treatment,with significant differences between the two groups (P0.05).Conclusion Shenmai injection can improve blood rheology in coronary heart disease,which is of great significance in the treatment of the disease.
