Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of magnesium sulfate treating pre-eclampsia eclampsia. Methods Seventy-six patients with pre-eclampsia eclampsia treated in our hospital in recent years were selected as the research objects, and were divided into 2 groups, the treatment group for 38 cases and the control group for 38 cases. The control group were given common sedation therapy and intensive observation, and the observation group were treated with magnesium sulfate on the basis of the treatment group. The clinical effect and pregnancy outcome of 2 groups were observed. Results There was no case with drug overdose and evident adverse reactions which influenced the treatment in the observation group. There were 5 cases turning into severe pre-eclampsia from light pre-eclampsia in the control group, accounting for 13.2%, and there were 4 patients turning from light pre-eclampsi to severe pre-eclampsia, accounting for 10.5% and there was no patients turning into eclampsia in the observation group. There was no statistical difference in clinical effect and pregnancy outcome of 2 groups, P 0.05. Conclusion In the process of magnesium sulfate treating pre-eclampsia eclampsia, dosage should be controlled strictly, there is no adverse reaction, and the clinical effect has no statistical significance.
