The Practice of and Consideration about the Innovation of University Library's Management and Service

The development of network information technology, which provides technical support for the emergence of digital library, makes the challenge on the library and the innovation of library's management and service mode inevitable.Through analyzing some problems needing attention in the innovation of the management and service of several university libraries, puts forward some countermeasures for university library to do well the practice of the innovation of management and service.
