Abstract
Objectives: To observe the curative effect of electric ion and interferon in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum.Methods: Fifty patients with condyloma acuminatum were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group were treated with the electric ion.Meanwhile,they were injected with interferon α-2b for local blocking;after the operation,the patients used the interferon α-2b ointment.The control group were treated simply with electric ion.Results: The effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,and the control group 55%.There was significant difference in the two groups(P0.01).Conclusion: The combined treatment with electric ion and interferon has good curative effect on condyloma acuminatum.
