Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effects on comprehensive treatment of amblyopia in children.Methods 694 eyes of 378 cases were treated by using the therapy of eyeglass,eye-shades,eyesight exercise and so on.The relation between efficacy and some factors such as age of treatment,types of amblyopia and degree of amblyopia were analyzed.Results The total effective rate was 95.39%,52.31% of eyes were cured,43.08% of eyes got improved.Low age of amblyopia and minimal degree had the better effects.Ametropic amblyopia was better than anisometropic and strabismic amblyopia.Conclusions Effects of treatment were associated with age of treatment,type of amblyopia and degree of amblyopia.Comprehensive treat could improve the cure rate and shorten cure time.
